Under Review letters were issued w/c 15/06/09 to the staff involved in the two reviews.
Technical review (and any redundancies) to be completed by August; Admin review
(and any redundancies) to be completed by September. Those involved in the Technical
review (43 staff) have been informed that Pathways has been postponed for them (objectives
need not be set). Those involved in the Admin review (35 staff) have been informed that they
must continue to set Pathways objectives.
Apparently a Redundancy Committee is to be set up, but no details have been forthcoming.
We are to be given the Draft Reviews, and there are to be meetings held with us to discuss (and
possible change) the outcomes. This has not yet happened.
IS review - this finished in Jan 09, but we have stilll recieved no information as to how many posts
were lost, and HR are saying that no people were made redundant (as they left under a Compromise Agreement).
Pathways - Head of HR is extremely reluctant to submit a Rewards Proposal to the Leadership Group.
Liaison Group meetings have been cancelled for May, June, July and August. Apparently HR are
too busy.
